Bradshaw

He was a four¬sport letterman at Bradshaw High School, competing in football, basketball, track and baseball. He was a member of the Bruins' 1976 state championship basketball team. He averaged
13.7 points a game as a senior and added 151 assists and 65 steals. He set school career records in assists and steals. He set five school records in football during the 1976 season, including single-season marks with 14 total touchdowns, 13 rushing touchdowns, 84 points scored and 1, 797 total yards. He also set a career record with 2,851 total yards. He made the All-State team as a senior. He went on to letter four years and was a key starter in the secondary for Bear Bryant at Alabama. Tide teams had a 44-4 record during his four seasons and won national championships in 1978 and 1979. He played all four secondary positions for the Tide and was All-SEC in 1980 after finishing with four interceptions.
